I had several problems tonight. After spending $40 We were all sick and starving. One, the teriyaki chicken meal I ordered literally had only 3 pieces of chicken. Only 3! Very disappointed and two, it was over an hour wait. Third, I noted on the order the household was sick and to please ring the bell and leave on rocking chair- no germs weren’t spread. Nobody told the delivery guy this. I left a tip when ordering. He said nobody told him. My family asked me not to ever order from there again.

I ordered 40$ worth of food at 5:59pm on December 30. I contacted the store after 1 hour because I had not received my food. I was told the driver was on the way. at 1 1/2 hours I called back and was told they could not get in touch with the driver, after 2 hours I called back and told it would there in 15 minutes. At 8:30pm 2 1/2 hours after ordering food, I called back and then I was blamed and told that I had put in the wrong expiration date on my card. They offered to recharge me and it would be an additional 30 minutes. At this point, I decided to terminate my order. 3 hours for delivery. this absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. You guys need to know, I will be telling everyone I know about how horrible this service is unless you respond to this email within a reasonable amount of time.

I messaged the Facebook page concerning this matter, no response. I’m not one to complain but last night I was very disappointed ordering. I tried ordering online, because I couldn’t get through on the phone- maybe busy. I added on my order “there is a silver and a blue car in driveway”, I asked for “hot chili oil on the side” for my shrimp friend rice and I specifically typed in and asked for “chicken and teriyaki sauce only” for a chicken teriyaki dinner combo, and added “no onions”. My order was estimated for delivery around 4:20. At 4:20 I received a call asking about the teriyaki chicken order. I was asked if carrots was ok to add with the chicken and teriyaki sauce. I said that is fine- just that with chicken and teriyaki sauce only please. The order still didn’t arrive by 5:20 so I called and was told it just left. When the driver arrived with my order around 5:30ish she showed me the receipt said “white truck in driveway” so she was looking for a white truck- I specifically wrote “a silver and a blue car in driveway and please knock” on my order. (Because doorbell isn’t working) I did not get any hot chili oil. The what was suppose to be a teriyaki chicken and fried rice meal with chicken, sauce and carrots only was not correct. It had no teriyaki sauce, only chicken, a load of sesame seeds, bell peppers and carrots. It looked more like a sesame chicken order- not teriyaki chicken with meat, sauce and carrot only. I just ask to please double check orders because the last time I ordered a shrimp fried rice with vegetables in my fried rice… I didn’t realize I was charged as two full meals when usually they add the vegetables as a side order of steam vegetable, not 2 full rice meals. I let that time go but tonight was disappointing. A long time customer as I order delivery and/or pick up very often for many years started from the old location to now.

I just purchased your shrimp lo mein. It had enough shrimp, but the bulk of it was shredded vegetables with a few noodles. I mean, come the f**k on. It tasted like shit.

Dumpling only thing that was any good. 8jumbo fried shrimp so hard can't even eat it, house fried rice large compartment to go box filled but only 4 pieces of shrimp seriously. Will not order from here again. Get better food at the to go case at a truck stop. And that's not saying much..

I’m pretty disappointed in tonight’s delivery order. We are a regular customer and this is a first. 1st- Delivery was nearly 2 hours after I placed the order. 2nd- I don’t know when the food actually left the store...but by the time it arrived (we sat down to eat immediately after it arrived) it was COLD. Barely any warmth at all.
3rd The sesame chicken was dry as a bone with barely any sauce. And the hot n sour soup was nothing but brown egg drop soup, No tofu, no veggies and about 2 pcs of tiny chicken.
Anyways, like I said, tonight was very disappointing. We spent $40 ($50 with tip and fees) on a subpar meal. It will be a while before I ever order from China Star-Asian Garden again.
